Safe to use on skin, in baking (spritz on fondue), cooking or around the home as a disinfectant. Has a strong aroma that is peaceful and soothing to the soul.

Neroli hydrosol is produced as the byproduct from the distillation of neroli essential oil, from delicate neroli flowers.  Wellness Warrior staff has been on location in North Africa to source this essential oil and hydrosol personally.  The farm producing our neroli supports small, women owned businesses in Tunisia; your purchase helps to fund these small businesses.

*The hydrosol is diluted with distilled water due to the high essential oil content. This hydrosol contains 8% essential oil by volume, much higher than the usual 0.5-2% in many hydrosols.  This hydrosol also contains the essential oil of Citrus aurantium bergamia, bergamot.

Aroma and appearance:  fresh and clean, complex citrus which has a slightly floral and spicy smell. 

Active properties:  

Historical uses:  is know to stabilize a person's mood and has uplifting effects.  Bergamot promotes clarity in the work place and can be used to calm agitated children and helps to reduce melancholy and sluggishness.  People undergoing radiation therapy may consider bergamot as an option to assist with the reduction of anxiety during treatment.  Bergamot can be used topically to help with skin conditions such as psoriasis; however I always recommend diluting essential oils with a vegetable based carrier oil, such as raw coconut or jojoba oil and testing a small area of the skin to assure there will be no reaction
